Abstract :
Non-incursion blood pressure measure precision is not satisfied with us when a patient has arrhythmia, if we only use normal blood pressure measurement algorithms, because error of measuring pulse waves. The impact of arrhythmia on non-incursion blood pressure measurement is analyzed, and the algorithm removing abnormal pulses is studied in this paper. In order to adapt to the requirement of removing abnormal pulse in higher speed, the new algorithm is given based on oscillometric method to solve the above questions. Adopting the new algorithm, measuring blood pressure is not only more accurate and but also quicker than normal algorithm, regardless of whether the patient has symptoms of arrhythmia. The testing results of comparing the new algorithm with other normal algorithms by the analyzer (Fluker BP Pump 2 Non-incursion Blood Pressure Monitoring Analyzer) are given in the paper. The results show that the measuring precision and speed of the new algorithm is better than normal ones. The algorithm has been successfully adopted in the multi-parameter monitors made by Shenzhen Biocare Electronics Co. Ltd.
