Abstract
The Chemical Society of Japan held "Doctor Seminar" for doctoral students.The purpose of the seminar is to teach the doctoral students the meaning of the industries and working there, which will lead the increase in the number of superior doctors who will enter a company and do a good job in it [1]. The seminar was held successfully. More students became interested in industry and its R&D through introduction of the actual examples of R&D in companies.
