Abstract :
Choosing the correct employee for the correct job has been a major issue for the last decades especially for the manufacturing processes which will affect the future performance of the companies. Since most of the assessment and qualification systems paper based and moreover concentrated on oral skills, most of the physical abilities and skills could not be assessed during the job selection processes. Some companies and factories have some special assessment examiners but their decisions mostly based on observations and personal judges. This paper presents intelligent assessment and settlement of a computer controlled working environment simulation for a selecting and evaluating a right employee for the right department and right position.
