Abstract :
This paper first analyzes the idea and target of urban public transportation emergency command system platform´s (UPTECSP for short) construction, and then designs the system platform structure, and further detailedly designs its applications functions. There are design ideas and methods provided to build UPTECSP and achieve the emergency response capability of public transport system as well as promote it.
