Abstract
Peer review is an important tool which is used to improve the software process. The partners that join software peer review are limited rational agent, and their strategies are complex. The paper constructs the strategy models which based on evolutionary game and its further discuss. The factors, i.e., knowledge management, performance appraisal and informal organization, exist in the software process and need to be improved.
