Abstract :
A Ku band 90deg bit phase shifter with improved switched-line structure was fabricated. In this article, the bandwidth of the proposed phase shifter is much wider than the conventional ones. The proposed phase shifter operates from 14 to 16 GHz with plusmn2deg of phase deviation.
