Abstract
There have been many advances in the development and application of human computer interfaces during the past decade. We were motivated by these successful applications of human computer interfaces to design a low cost device which may also provide the user with a faster training time. In this paper we discuss the design and implementation and testing of the proposed device, and show that it can be fabricated for less than 20 dollars.
