            Abstract : 
The advancement of nanoelectronics depends on the progress of technology, but it also relies on the understanding of multiphysics phenomena at the nanoscale. We present a full-wave technique aimed at modeling the combined electromagnetic/coherent transport problem in graphene structures. The quantum transport is described by the Dirac equation, providing a pseudo-spinor solution for the wave-function. We show the dynamics of a charge wavepacket in a graphene nanoribbon transistor environment.
