Abstract :
The routing problem of wireless data networks depends on the link capacities which, in turn, are determined by the allocation of communication resources (such as power, frequency, and time slots) to the links. Therefore the optimal performance of the wireless network can be achieved by simultaneous optimization of routing and resource allocation. In this paper, we study a distributed algorithm for the simultaneous routing and resource allocation problem in node-based wireless data networks that encounter changes in the number of nodes. Therefore for our considered traffic of node-based wireless data networks, the Markovian jump linear system framework is presented for developing routing algorithms. Also the resulting decentralized routing control schemes are shown to formally achieve the desired routing specifications of node-based wireless data networks and requirements of Gaussian channels with TDMA.
