Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to present a rigorous accuracy analysis of the scattering of moving objects in high frequency. By using the Lorentz transform, the monostatic RCS in high frequency of the moving objects, relative to the rest reference, is found. With this technique, the electromagnetic scattering problems of moving objects can be dealed with more specifically.
