            Abstract : 
Cooperative wireless communication can greatly improve the system transmission performance by allowing network nodes in a wireless network to collaborate with each other in signal transmission. Video summary is procession of extracting an abstraction of an entire video in a short period of time. In the paper, a very novel video summary extraction scheme based on cooperative video communication is proposed, and the performance of video summary delivery based on he cross-layer design scheme over cooperative wireless communication for Rayleigh, Rician, Nakagami channels was conducted. Experimental results show the performance of video summary delivery over different wireless environment.
