Abstract :
With the contact energy between residues as the weight, we constructed a weighted amino acid network. Two parameters are introduced. Based on this network model, we proposed a new docking scoring function Sn. For 42 systems´ bound docking results, we do the scoring sort with this scoring function. Comparing the results got from this new scoring function with that from the RP scoring function, we find that the Sn scoring function has a better performance than the RP on some items.
