Abstract
A power control procedure for variable speed wind power converters is developed, which minimizes electric power fluctuation at maximum energy yield. These aims are achieved on base of iterative adapting control algorithms that constantly updates the frequency distribution of the measured wind speed and the mean value of the DC-link voltage. The results of the new control methods are compared to conventional control methods
