Abstract :
Aimed at their own respective characteristic and constraints of police dogs and robots in the fields of reconnaissance, counterterrorism and rescuing, live animals and electrical device has been organically integrated, and wireless intelligent monitoring system has been proposed and designed. Not only does it take full advantage of the biological flexibility of police dogs, but also it makes full use of the real time characteristics of wireless monitoring system, which real time videos the on-site condition without dead spot. Coded orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (COFDM) has been adopted in the wireless monitoring system design, which builds up a quick channel to transmit the video and image information. The audio and video frequency has been efficiently compressed and encrypted by software, which has increased security. The whole system avoids the conventional mechanical structure design of general robots and complex control algorithm, and opens up the working scope of the police dogs. It has met the new requirements of special tasks under complicated condition.
