  • Abstract
    This work presents the behavior study of a simulated grounding system using Simulink/Matlab. First, a soil was modeled, then a grounding grid was added and measurements were done. Two different configurations were compared. This paper is the first step of a prototype that measures soil resistivity and grounding impedance in energized substations. This project is a utility application of power electronics.
