Abstract
A phase shift keyed (PSK) spread spectrum radar signal is analyzed using autoregressive moving average (ARMA) spectral estimation techniques. In general, the ARMA model achieves better PSD estimates and higher resolution than the traditional techniques. Results for simulated spread spectrum radar signals of various lengths in additive white Gaussian noise are presented and a comparison with traditional PSD techniques is made to ascertain the validity of the ARMA model
