Abstract :
This paper describes a fuzzy logic control method for automotive active suspension. Active suspension has the merit of flexibility in force control but also has the difficulty in trading off the acceleration of the body, suspension deflection, and tire deflection to improve performance. The performance of fuzzy logic controlled active suspension is compared with that of an optimal controller in several simulated scenarios
