Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. We show a method for producing highly conductive stretchable silicone composites via an in-situ nanoparticle formation and sintering. Using this composite we develop a simple processing technique to fabricate rf transmission lines. These transmission lines are flexible, stretchable and robust. The S-parameter measurements at up to 6 GHz show stable performance during mechanical deformation. Development of this technology will enable the production of ultra low cost stretchable consumer RF devices.
