Implementation of ACS into the National Economy of the USSR in 1960-1970s: Conception and Materialization

There are, on the basis of materials of the State Archive of the Russian Federation, the Russian State Archive of Economy, the Russian State Archive of Scientific and Technical Documentation, Samara Regional State Archive of Politico-Social History that were partially introduced into scientific circulation for the first time and published sources, opened features of ACS implementation into the national economy of the USSR in the 1960-1970s and considered factors which distributed or made difficulties to the process.
