  • Abstract
    In this paper, a space-time trellis-coded (STTC) multi-carrier code-division multiple-access (MC-CDMA) system for different states in multi-path fading channel is proposed, and the performance of the system is evaluated using simulation. The corresponding bit error rate (BER) is obtained using minimum mean-square error (MMSE), maximum-ratio combining (MRC), and equal-gain combining (EGC) receivers employing Viterbi decoder. The results of STTC-MC-CDMA system show that the improved performance can be achieved having 16 states STTC with the MMSE detector.
