Abstract
Deals with the theory of security symbols and proposes special arithmetic methods for protection symbols in N-dimensional space. The security system TALENT is designed on a practical basis in an information security and encryption system project. The theory of security symbol encryption gives an overall description of the computer information system. It enables the security system to be developed in a scientific and regular way. The theory of security symbols defines a framework which contains not only the tasks, but also how to do them in detail so as to ensure the correct operation of the system. The theory of security symbols imposes regulation on to the developed security systems. The protective Human Rights Treaty of the European Parliament proposes eight principles of data protection. We have put these principles into practice. Each international organization, each country, each political party and each economic unit encrypts some key information, both for their own benefit and for the benefit of some special aim in human society, and all these circumstances may only be known by insiders. This sensitive information is important for security and for the rise and fall of the economy, so people are paying more and more attention to the security, reliability, integrity, authenticity and transparency of data
