Abstract :
We study a multipath fading CDMA channel and introduce a fuzzy tracking method to estimate the complex channel coefficients in the downlink. The receiver is the conventional RAKE. The results given by the traditional alpha tracker, differential demodulation and known coefficients are compared to each other. In the presence of noisy conditions and many disturbing strong users, the fuzzy method seems promising
