Abstract :
This paper focuses on the observation of lock time of a phase-lock loop (PLL) by software for a microcontroller both with and without disturbance by radio frequency interference (RFI). The perturbation method chosen in this paper is near-field injection (NFI) through a dedicated probe. The distributions of these clock counts (CC) with and without RFI are different. The result presents that PLL is sensitive to RFI and suitable for RFIs detection.
