Abstract :
Based on the analysis of the basic concepts, characteristics and type of service of cloud computing and through the study of IT industrial chain, the construction of cloud computing services platform for the telecom operators is put forward. The layers of the platform and various services in different layers are also detailed analyzed from the point of view of telecom operators.
