Abstract
In this paper we study the influence of salts mixture on DC flashover voltage discharge characteristics. We used NaCl as principal salt and we adjoin it different salts. Results shows that mixture of salts gives different flashover voltage and current then NaCl on both polarity. A dimensional analysis has made for determining the relation between quantity of salt and constant of discharge N and n. The results of calculation shows that N and n are function of quantity of chalk and volume of CaCO3.
