Abstract :
We have configured COMSOL Multiphysics to solve 2-D and 3-D transient non-linear electrostatic problems efficiently and have applied the program to model composite material consisting of Ba0.60Sr0.40TiO3 (BST 60/40) particles with field dependent dielectric response in a polymeric matrix. We use this methodology to analyze the overall dielectric response and dielectric tunability of these composites as a function of the volume fraction of BST.
