Abstract :
An exact expression for the average symbol error rate (SER) of L-order selection diversity for MPSK signals in a frequency-selective slowly m-distributed Nakagami fading and additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) is derived. For the integer values of the fading index m, a closed-form expression of the average SER for MPSK signals in terms of finite sums is obtained
