Abstract :
The total-field scattered-field (TFSF) finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is introduced to analyze of waves in stratified lossy dispersive media. Our numerical results show an excellent agreement with the analytical results, validating the correctness and effectiveness of this method. In addition, the numerical result for an arbitrary incident angle can be provided with this method, greatly extending some previous work that only analyzed the case of normal incidence.
