Abstract :
Based on the solution of homogeneous linear equations, we construct a specific verifiable secret sharing scheme in vector space. Then, we propose a new protocol for the verifiable redistribution of secret between different access structures without recovering it. Our verifiable secret redistribution (VSR) protocol can verify the correctness of subshares, at the same time it can tolerate faulty shareholders. A point worth mentioning is that the protocol can identify dishonest shareholders during redistribution. Furthermore, our scheme allows each shareholder to have different authorities. Our protocol is the first Verifiable Secret Redistribution Protocol in vector space. At the end of this paper, performance of the protocol is also analyzed.
