Abstract :
The function of Grid Diagnosis is to confirm the fault device after fault occur in Grid and evaluate the action of circuit breaker and protection which in the region of fault. As a intelligence system used in Grid dispatching center, we must design a suitable knowledge frame for Grid Diagnosis. In this paper, we introduce a knowledge frame which is used to LAN Zhou and Ordos Local Grid Diagnosis system. It can represent all the data sampled from multi-data source in one knowledge frame completely and concisely, and can fit the real-time requirements of Grid Diagnosis.
