Abstract
For the application of fuzzy connectives to intersection (conjunction) and union (disjunction), numerous criteria (axiomatic, pragmatic and empirical) exist to choose from these fuzzy connectives. So far, these evaluations have had no direct connection between fuzzy logic and control for technical processes. In this paper, a new logical evaluation of fuzzy connectives is proposed. The dependence of the correcting variable described by linguistic rules is compared with that calculated by means of the analytical description of a fuzzy controller
