Abstract :
The existence of eigenoscillations near the arrow-type strip in the rectangular channel is proved. It is also proved that the discrete spectrum is infinite and unlimited, and the mode of oscillations for the rectangular strip is found. The numerical evaluation of the oscillation frequencies is carried out using the theory of self-adjoint operators, the “Dirichlet-Neumenn fork”, variational methods and analytical methods of waveguide theory
