Abstract :
Despite the widespread unionization around the globe, research on how the union presence affects information system (IS) implementation is scarce. Does the union presence affect an IS implementation? How does union presence affect an IS implementation? The research paper intends to answer the questions through a deep, exploratory longitudinal case study that sheds light on the impact of a unionized environment on IS implementation.
