Abstract :
A model is suggested, which characterizes the transfer of signals in a three-dimensional oscillator neural network with stochastic connections. Each oscillator has the possibility of connection with all the other oscillators. The process of interaction of the signals with oscillators distributed in a spherical region is investigated. The results of modeling show that decreasing the width of the frequency spectra of the signal and oscillator vibrations and their synchronization takes place
