Abstract :
The design and simulation of low noise, high linearity RF front end circuits for CDMA receivers are presented. The circuit topologies utilize a high performance BiCMOS process with copper transformers to integrate stepped gain low noise amplifiers and double balanced mixers. The circuits improve the sensitivity of CDMA receivers due to significantly reduced mixer noise figure and low LNA insertion loss in the bypass mode
