Abstract :
Wireless sensor networks are made up of mass sensors, distributed in definite space, with the capability of dada perception, processing and wireless communication. The characteristics of WSNs render them wide application potential in many fields. This paper addresses the application of WSNs in energy automation based on their own features. Analysis is carried out on the energy parameters monitoring during energy exploring, transmitting and processing. A scheme of WSNs communication is proposed in the paper, for energy workstation. Finally the key technologies of WSNs in the application of energy automation are studied, focusing on route and topology. With the maturation of WSNs technology and the increasing resource requirements of human beings, WSNs will contribute to the high-efficient exploitation and development of energy, the synthetic utilization of resource, and the environment protection, etc. This paper is aim to attract interest and stimulate further investigation in the applications of WSNs.
