  • Abstract
    Achieving office automation through network and improving work efficiency, with the popularization of computer network technology, which has become an inevitable necessity that using computer technology in office management. But in a networked office, due tocomplicated staff structure and different levels of management, people can´t guarantee the safe transmission and management of documents on the net. Besides, some people involve in information sabotage on the net, causing huge losses to the State and enterprises. Therefore, people need to find a way to enhance the network security, prevent information leakage, modifying and stealing. In this article, authors discuss the security measures of office management information system; establish an information system security model based on Lotus Notes. Using a reasonable database design, security measures by integrated use of Notes and script, authors can achieve their objective to realize the system security.
