Abstract :
With the development of economic and continuous improvement of people´s living standard, many people have paid more attention to the issue of community security so that a lot of crime prevention systems are installed around the community in recent five years. How to measure the community risk scientifically and make full play to the protection effectiveness on crime prevention system is the complex system engineering. In this paper, firstly, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to research deeply all kinds of influencing community risk, at the same time, the comprehensive assessing index system of community risk is constructed. Secondly, the artificial neural network model is proposed to provide a new thinking and method for overall evaluating community risk. Finally, the assessing results and examples are given to verify the model rationally. This model can detect the community vulnerabilities timely in order to adjust the security policy and investment. It makes the community risk decrease to minimum in the future.
