Abstract
A 6.3-9.5 GHz UWB CMOS Transmitter is reported. The RF transmitter architecture involves Tx analog baseband predistortion and balun integration into the BGA substrate, which increases the available Tx RF power and reduces the DC power consumption and size of the chip.
