Abstract
RFID radio frequency identification is a non-contact automatic identification technology. As to the features that of current mobile phone RF system operating frequency range about 900 ~ 2400MHz UHF band, and the logic control core has a strong ability of controlling and data processing capability for consisting of dual kernel ARM9xx and DSP C55X. On this basis, by modifying the mobile phone operating system, set the mobilephone operating at max power 0.25w,realized a RFID reader to read the passive UHF tag supplied with the radaited energy from mobilephone. The experimental results shows that the reading distance can be at least 5~2 cm, fully meet the individual to get products information easily, and it´s valuable for the mobile phone users. This RFID devices can overcome the traditional RFID terminal´s bulky inconvenient to carry and expand the mobile phone functions.
