Abstract :
In this paper, a novel joint antenna selection and power allocation scheme using convex optimization is proposed for CoMP systems. The maximum total rate of users is obtained subjected to the power of each BSs and the number of selected antennas constraints. Since the original optimization problem is difficult to solve, it is transformed to two standard convex programs, which can be solved by DCP tool successfully. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieves high rate and low bit error rate. Moreover, it is robust to channel estimation error.
