Abstract
The transmitter and receiver of Bi-SAR are mounted on two separated platforms, and motion error of platforms is more serious than monostatic SAR, which has a drastic effect on the quality of the resulting Bi-SAR imagery. In order to improve the focusing results of Bi-SAR, motion compensation should be involved in the processing of Bi-SAR data. In this paper, we develop an Bi-SAR algorithm based on phase-tracking to deal with the motion error. The imaging results of real Bi-SAR data prove it to be effective.
