Abstract :
In this paper, an improved LTCC multi-layer band-pass filter which based on network synthesis of lumped parameter element, is introduced. In order to set up the finally model of multi-layer filter, ADS is used to get the initial value of components and HFSS is serviced to model and optimize the filter. The simulate results from ADS and HFSS also reach the expected goals: the pass-band loss below 0.8dB in 2400MHz-2500MHz; the return loss is greater than 20dB; the size of filter is 5.8mm×4mm×0.8mm.
