Abstract :
For the idea that serve for the uniform of chart datum and sailing safety, this paper presents the software development of determination and transfer of chart datum. Two key technologies, the tidal harmonic analysis and datum transfer, are studied firstly. Then the design method, features, structure and operation model of the software are depicted in detail. Finally, the software performance is tested. The experimental results proved the software to be reliable and stable.
