Abstract
Spotlight SAR is an efficiency way to obtain high resolution radar imagery. The classic polar format algorithm (PFA) is the widely used method for spotlight SAR imagery reconstruction, but PFA need two dimension interpolation operation in SAR imaging, which has influence on the imaging precision and computation efficiency. This paper presents a novel polar format Algorithm based on two dimension CZT transform, which may avoid the interpolation operation to improve on imaging precision and computation efficiency.
