Broadcast system integration for parliament television

During the year 2006, Hrvatski sabor -Croatian Parliament, started an initiative for establishing standalone parliament television system in order to replace Croatian national television´s SNG vehicle engagement and mobile technical team. Implementation of fixed integrated and automated video system is organized in three phases -broadcast core system, archiving system and distribution system integration. In this paper general functionality of integrated solution is described and detailed technical description of system integration parts, algorithms and methods presented.
