Abstract
From the perspective of complex adaptive system, we propose an agent-based new energy vehicles diffusion model to develop a platform to simulate diffusion of vehicles and stations, then, we take advantage of evolution algorithm as well as scenario analysis algorithm. In the case of Shanghai, both hydrogen vehicle drivers and hydrogen retails are agents. By interacting with each other in pre-set road grids, we obtain the diffusion results of hydrogen vehicles and hydrogen refueling stations. Finally, to improve decision performance, a method of optimization of the initial spatial distribution of new energy vehicles and refueling stations is suggested.
