Abstract :
In this paper, the security requirements of monitoring and control communication under seamless topology proposed in IEC61400-25 are analyzed firstly. Then according to IEC62351, access control module based on RBAC to achieve authorization and access control, and secure communication module utilizing TLS coding packets - MatrixSSL to realize integrity, confidentiality, and authentication of data exchange are built respectively. Finally a model of agent mechanism based on access control module and secure communication module is structured and application instances for the wind turbine controller is modeled and analyzed to demonstrate the realization of the security agent mechanism. This design closely combines with IEC61400-25 standard, fully considers embedded environment of wind turbine units, totally complies with international safety standard IEC62351, and meets with security requirements of supervisory control communication in wind farm.
