Abstract :
Programming for personnel quota is an important part of Human Resource Management of Enterprise. The configuration of various categories of personnel will have a direct impact on the reasonableness of economic efficiency of enterprises. Generally Programming for Personnel quota was more considered from the point of labor quota. It can basically meet the requirements of the job quantity, but it often lack the consideration of staff performance. To avoid this deficiency, in this paper, the establishment of enterprise personnel quota model with Bilevel Programming and benefit function based on statistical analysis can wholly optimize all categories of personnel of enterprises.
