Abstract :
Human-scale communication sheets have been manufactured using printing processes with integrating an organic nonvolatile FeRAM with nondestructive read capability and plastic MEMS switches. The communication route is dynamically formed by MEMS switches and stored by the memory. The "1"-"0" ratio of the memory exceeds 103 after 104 cycles in air.
